Curriculum

Genesis Christian Academy uses the Abeka curriculum. The Abeka curriculum has been used by millions of Christian school students since it started in 1972 with many of those students having been accepted into prestigious colleges and going on to serve the Lord in demanding careers. Abeka's teacher-led, character-building philosophy comes from a biblical foundation of Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go". This has been proven over time with children of all different learning abilities.

Abeka has a proven track record of providing students with a high academics and a Biblical worldview that allows for them to be prepared to make a difference in the world, enabling them to do anything God has called them to do. Abeka's aim is for each student to grow intellectually, morally, and spiritually.

Intellectual

Teaching from a practical, traditional approach will develop students intellectually. They'll be able to demonstrate appropriate grade-level knowledge aligned with standardized testing and pursue a college program of study

Moral

Through traditional teaching designed to help instill good character and by meeting program expectations, students will be able to display personal integrity in their everyday lives and discern right from wrong.

Spiritual

Because of daily Bible instruction and use of a Christian curriculum, students will be able to apply Biblical truths from God's word to their own lives, demonstrate knowledge of the doctrines of the Bible, and choose prayer and memorizing scripture to grow in their faith.
